Salesforce Developer (Anywhere in India (Remote))

As an Axelerant Salesforce Developer you will be working hard as you’ll be Developing in D/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, and emerging technologies while effectively collaborating with project team and client resource on advanced technical consultative services during the duration of a delivery engagement to enable customer success. In the process, you’ll have to build integration jobs based on instructions and pre-established guidelines, build and/or implement customer/public facing web-based user interfaces.

Over time you’ll have to learn, analyze, and apply new technologies quickly to implement technical deliverables.

We’re an organization with team members spread across multiple cultures and time zones. As such, you must be self-motivated in finding the right things to do and communicating proactively in English with the rest of the team.

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of consulting work experience
  • Strong competency around MS SQL Server, MYSQL, or Oracle
  • Experience building web-based UI with a deep understanding of HTML, Javascript (including libraries such as jQuery and Prototype), and CSS
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns and prior work with OO languages (Java, Ruby, C#, Python, C++, etc)
  • Prior experience with an MVC framework (examples: Ruby on Rails, Struts)
  • Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles
  • Familiarity with Single Page Architecture/Implementation using Javascript, ideally Angular.js
