The Mautic Developer is responsible for scoping, estimating, developing, testing, and deploying Mautic applications, including working with Mautic Plugins, migration of contacts, companies, contact activity, email templates, and other assets from competitive marketing automation suites. The Mautic Developer will work with various types of IaaS (infrastructure as a service) platforms, including Kubernetes (K8s), Platform.sh, and direct virtual environments (on-premises).
The Mautic Developer is a confident communicator internally and with clients. They ensure a clear understanding of the marketing automation system, the entities, and the services used to service those entities. As marketing automation is a relationship management system, Mautic Developer takes a paramount interest in not harm those relationships and endeavors to test and validate assumptions with migrations of customer data and automation around contacting customers in particular. Their project work is fully billable.
The Mautic Developer should also participate in the Mautic community, including community updates, discussions, and changing paradigms between Mautic releases. Additionally, they endeavor to optimize Mautic development practices, particularly around local development, load testing, and other relevant skills that protect Mautic’s role as a business-critical system.
Though you can work from home for all of Axelerant's roles, except for specific regional jobs, like Account Executive UK/US, our salaries are typically paid per India-based compensation plans. Further, you might be required to have a two- to four-hour crossover with the 11 AM to 7 PM India (UTC+05:30) timezone each workday for meetings and coaching.
