We are looking for an Account Development Representative, who will be responsible for coordinating and further developing increased conversion of new key accounts. Activities will be based around our target account list—through direct and indirect engagement via ABM plays, and the creation of high-level content.
First, the candidate will work closely with subject matter experts to understand key account requirements. Secondly, they will collaboratively work to determine the best solution to address business needs and articulate this solution via collateral and other omnichannel engagements suiting that particular account.
They will balance their time between managing new, targeted business through strategic ABM implementation (the strategic execution of plays) and assisting the Axelerant Revenue Team in developing the materials necessary to close the account from beginning to end. This includes pitch decks, proposals, and highly customized media.
Operating in a remote, fast-moving, and sometimes ambiguous environment, the successful candidate will be required to take responsibility for achieving objectives while working collaboratively throughout the process.
