Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an Axelerant Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will need to take ownership and responsibility for sourcing and recruiting top talent and practice full lifecycle recruiting from requisition approval to offer acceptance. Next, you need to be creative! Constantly be bringing new ideas to the table on how to attract candidates.

You should be able to help your team for all roles and job postings. You'll need to create a pool of candidates through job fairs, social networking, community organizations, data mining, and other media channels. We expect you to act like a communications link between Axelerant and potential candidate.

Further to this, you are required to create a healthy pipeline for future job openings and constantly innovate on our hiring strategy to attract the talent we want to work with.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years agency and corporate recruiting in a fast paced environment.
  • The ability to wear many hats and a true “Give more back” mentality.
  • Be up on the latest technologies and constantly be looking for new ones.
  • Have an intuition for great talent but also be able to relay that to the Hiring Leads.
  • Work quickly and accurately.
  • Be highly organized, efficient, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong customer service mindset, focused and responsive.
  • Be an excellent communicator.
  • Strong networking skills and a broad knowledge of the local market.
  • Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Be creative in the way we source candidates.
  • Ability to build a pipeline and bench strength for prospective future growth.

Preferred

  • For technical recruiting, recent technical recruiting experience in cloud, SaaS or open source
  • Strong networking skills and a broad knowledge of the local market
  • Experience in End to End Recruitment of IT/ITES.
  • Excellent Knowledge of IT Industry in respect of technology & salary trends

Bonus Points

  • Experience with recruiting Developers, DevOps, QA Engineers
