As an Axelerant Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will need to take ownership and responsibility for sourcing and recruiting top talent and practice full lifecycle recruiting from requisition approval to offer acceptance. Next, you need to be creative! Constantly be bringing new ideas to the table on how to attract candidates.
You should be able to help your team for all roles and job postings. You'll need to create a pool of candidates through job fairs, social networking, community organizations, data mining, and other media channels. We expect you to act like a communications link between Axelerant and potential candidate.
Further to this, you are required to create a healthy pipeline for future job openings and constantly innovate on our hiring strategy to attract the talent we want to work with.
