Leave Policy
52 weekends and 35 days per year of consolidated leave (inclusive of bereavement leave) plus maternity, paternity, and sabbatical allowances.

Volunteering Policy
We believe in the value of voluntary activity so we will allow all employees to take 1 day paid leave per year to volunteer with a charity of their choice.
